Shipping:
We aim to make the shipping cost reasonable. Where possible, items get cheaper the more you buy.
International Shipping:
We have a default shipping rate of $30 for International shipping. However we charge the actual shipping cost. Many items may be less expensive. Please contact us for a price quote if you live outside the US.
Media Items + T-shirts: Books, Records, Cassettes, Movies, and T-shirts are all $5 shipping for the first item then free for each additional item.
General Clothing: $5 per item.
Heavy: Shoes, FXPedals, Ceramics, etc are $10 each.
Special: A few items have a unique shipping price.
Returns:
Once items have shipped we cannot accept returns, however if you receive an item that is not as described, damaged in shipping, or defective in some way write us and we will do our best to work with you.
Please feel free to request additional photos, measurements, or ask any questions before an item has shipped to prevent receiving an item you do not want or that doesn't fit.
*If you are concerned an item may sell out before you can get a response go ahead and buy the item and ask whatever questions you have. If, after having your questions answered, the item doesn't live up to your needs, then we will refund you immediately.
